As part of our service, we may offer optional services that you may consider taking out via us such as inventories, EPC, gas certification, etc. You are not obliged to take these optional services via us, however, you will be advised of the current price list to consider if you require such services. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. .
If you ever need to make a payment to us that is not deductible from rent: We do not accept cheques. Standing order and bank transfers are not charged by us. Any other payment that is not by standing order or bank transfer, we charge a non-internet/standing order handling fee of £5.
