We don’t want to gauge and measure our prowess and awesomeness in estate agency and lettings by looking at market share, the number of boards we have up or on income levels or profit because for us this is not the measure of our success. What is more important is what you get – expert local advice and a one to one personal service as we rely on recommendations.

Our journey started in 2004 when Maz and Paul purchased apartments in Royal Plaza in Sheffield city centre. They quickly let out their properties when others were struggling and word soon got around. Landlords started to approach Maz and Paul and instantly trusted them with keys to let out their properties despite having no actual estate agency business at the time and no office! As Maz and Paul let out other properties, they started to build a solid reputation of being reliable and recommended. To this date, we still have all our original landlords from this period!

Estate agency is known for a high turnover of staff; however, we are pleased that many of our staff have been with us for over 6 years and others for over 4 years. The reason being that Maz and Paul strongly believe that their work family are an integral and pivotal part of the business. Having fancy systems is useless unless backed up by a strong team!

The longest serving staff members are Ed, Jordan and Sophie with the support of Josh, Daniel, Phil, Katie and Anne.

Ed, Jordan and Sophie have incredible amounts of local, Sheffield property market knowledge and go beyond the call of duty to ensure landlords, tenants, buyers and vendors have peace of mind!

We remain wholly independent - many Sheffield agencies are now part of either large corporates or franchises. We continue to offer a very personal service, where people count so you’re not a statistic to us or another potential profit for shareholders!
