What is Snagging?
Snagging is the production of a list of quality defects at the end of a build process on new build properties
The defects list is often called a snagging list.
We can assist you to produce a detailed and effective Snagging List using our experience and knowledge of the new build market. We can ensure we find any hidden snagging issues and faults
Snagging rectification is carried out by the Developer/ Main Contractor during the build and the responsible parties are the sub-contractors.
